Jurassic World Dominion

Jurassic World's Dominion is perhaps the most disappointing film I've ever experienced, even though I've watched plenty of terrible films as a critic. The third picture in the Jurassic World trilogy and the sixth installment in the Jurassic Park series as a whole failed to live up to the hype of the film. It was clear right from the beginning that this film wasn't going to be a hit.

Jurassic World, Dominion tells the captivating story of dinosaurs, an unwelcome species that eventually will take over the earth. The film doesn't take the bold notion of expanding the globe, but instead confines the dinosaurs to a tiny park. This is just one of the numerous flaws in the film.

One of the main issues with the film is that it fails to live up to the high standards set by Jurassic World, Dominion. Fans were promised not only an exciting conclusion to the Jurassic World series, but huge improvements, as well. In addition, the film was marketed as the great culmination of the trilogy. Many viewers felt let down and disappointed because the film failed to meet the high standards (view the updates) established by its marketing.

Jurassic World, Dominion's storyline is confusing and dull to the point that it's almost unbelievable. It attempts to include key characters from previous films without any consideration of whether or not it makes sense. The historical characters are reduced to blank pieces of paper, and the story is poorly told and at a time that doesn't make sense. The story is at a critical point. The movie's running time is so long, that you will be left wondering what the whole excitement was about once the titles start.

Jurassic World - Dominion attempts to synchronize two plotlines unrelated to keep the viewers interested but fails spectacularly. Although it is obvious that there's a Stegosaurus, the film seems to ignore it throughout, leaving viewers to wonder why it's even in the first place.

Although Jurassic World III was a better film than Jurassic World III, Jurassic World III is still not a great movie. The film is possibly the most effective in the Jurassic park series that is a stunning feat considering the series' history of weak plots. Jurassic World, Dominion, is a shameful, useless loss of money. It's disappointing to both long-time Jurassic Park fans and new viewers.

If you're a fan of the Jurassic Park movies, you should skip this one. Instead, go to the first Jurassic Park film, which is considered to be the best.
